Professional and experienced convention team that provides a wide range of conference services for numerous national, international and intergovernmental organizations runs the Conference Services.
The services provided cover assistance with pre-conference planning, administrative and logistic arrangements, including delegation registration and identification, physical set-up of meeting rooms, control and operation of audio-visual equipment, interpretation equipment, editing, proofreading, reproduction and distribution of conference and meeting documents and proceedings.
Interpretation services
Highly qualified, competent Interpreters are recruited for a meeting in the languages required. We also provide Interpretation equipment as necessary.
We also provide interpreters, translators, editors, revisers, and proofreaders in the following languages.
AIPA also provides editing, translating, formatting, designing, printing and distributing official documents and publications in the required languages.
Translation, revision and proofreading services
AIPA provides fast and top-quality on-line or on-site translation services and editing of meeting reports. We use only professional translators. Our translators are “native” speakers and translate into their “native” language to ensure the highest quality possible. The translators team that we use has decades of experience and has worked on hundreds of document translation projects in many general and technical subjects including business, medical, legal, literature, education etc.. Large translation projects are often complex and require the good coordination of a competent team of translators. These projects often involve editing, managing glossaries, updates and revisions, establishing and managing quality procedures using revision and proofreading, and following up changes.
